A light, fruit forward cup brought to us by the Deri Kidame washing station in Ethiopia’s Guji region. Local farmers grow coffee in rich soil at high elevations where they have access to 10 fermentation tanks and 181 drying beds. The cherries are processed naturally, drying them for about 18 days before final cleaning.
