When we first connected with the team at St. Pete Athletic, it was clear they were building something that went beyond just courts. Located in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg, it’s a space where people come to play - pickleball, padel, table tennis - and to hang out, grab a bite, a drink, or a great cup of coffee. The facility blends sports, social life, and hospitality under one roof, and its in-house coffee concept Rose’s was designed to fit right into that mix.

For Rose’s, we handled a full coffee installation with equipment that would hold up to the pace of a busy club environment. That meant a custom La Marzocco Linea PB, Mahlkönig E65S grinders, and Fetco brewers - a world-class setup built for consistency and flexibility.

Once the bar was in place, we spent time doing comprehensive barista training with the Rose’s team. Getting the most out of great equipment is as much about workflow and technique as the machines themselves.
