There are no contracts to work with us. We believe great partnerships are built on shared commitment. Our focus is on delivering exceptional coffee, equipment, and support that make sticking with us the obvious choice—not a contractual one.

We roast to order every Monday through Thursday.

We offer local delivery within 30 miles of St. Pete every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of Holidays). Delivery days are based on your location:

• Locations within five miles of the roastery in St. Pete receive delivery on both Tuesday and Friday.
• Other designated areas (within the 30-mile radius) receive delivery on either Tuesday or Friday.

Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed by noon the day before your scheduled delivery day to be included in that run.

For example, if your delivery day is Tuesday, you must order by noon on Monday.

For accounts located within 5 miles of St. Pete, we offer free delivery.

For accounts located 5 - 30 miles from St. Pete, we offer free delivery for orders over $250.

If you are within 5-30 miles of St. Pete but your order is less than $250, there is a $30 delivery fee.

We ship orders Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and often go out the same day.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, national holidays, and weather delays.

You will receive an order notification when you place your order and a shipping notification when your order ships.

Yes. We offer local pickup at the roastery every Tuesday and Friday from 8-10am. Please select your pickup date after adding item(s) to your cart.

After filling out this form and being accepted as a wholesale partner, simply log in to lookalivecoffee.com using your email address and password. You'll automatically be in the wholesale store and can add items to your cart.

There are no minimums to get started. We operate on a pay as you go model so you can order as much or as little as you need when you need it.

We offer equipment purchasing and maintenance for La Marzocco espresso machines, Eversys super-automatic espresso machines, Mahlkonig and Mazzer grinders, and Fetco brew towers to our wholesale partners within 30 miles of our roastery in St. Pete.

If you are interested in another manufacturer or are not local to the area, we can help you select and source the right espresso machine for your specific needs.

For other manufacturers of espresso machines and equipment, we work with a reputable third party coffee equipment service partner.

We believe serving great coffee starts with great training. We offer a comprehensive 4 hour barista training session for up to 6 people at a time. During barista training we'll cover everything from dialing in your espresso, building espresso drinks, steaming milk, barista work flow, and best cleaning practices.
