COFFEE SELECTION

Most of our coffees are seasonal and therefore the selection and availability may vary from time to time. Pricing is subject to change based on market prices. We will always be upfront and transparent about any upcoming price changes.

PROCESSING TIME

We always strive to get coffee shipped out or delivered as soon as possible. We roast coffee every Monday through Thursday. 

We ship orders Monday - Friday via USPS or UPS. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days.

We deliver orders every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of Holidays). 

Additionally, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays, which may add to your order processing time. You can find our Holiday schedule here.

SHIPPING

Wholesale orders over $250 ship free via UPS Ground.

We ship via UPS and USPS Monday - Friday. These carriers  observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times. We do not ship on weekends so any orders placed Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon will ship on Monday.

Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number should automatically populate to the Order History section of your account. You will also receive an email once the order is fulfilled and the tracking number has been generated. 

Please note that once it leaves our facility, all packages are subject to possible delays from the shipping carrier. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery within 30 miles of St. Pete every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of Holidays). Delivery days are based on your location:

• Locations within five miles of the roastery in St. Pete receive delivery on both Tuesday and Friday.
• Other designated areas (within the 30-mile radius) receive delivery on either Tuesday or Friday.

DELIVERY ORDER CUTOFFS:

Tuesday deliveries: Orders must be submitted by Sunday 11pm.

Friday deliveries: Orders must be submitted by Wednesday 11pm. 

LOCAL PICK-UP

We offer free local pick-up at the roastery every Tuesday and Friday from 8-10am (with the exception of Holidays)

PICK-UP ORDER CUTOFFS:

Tuesday pick-ups: Orders must be submitted by Sunday 11pm.

Friday pick-ups: Orders must be submitted by Wednesday 11pm. 

SUPPORT

We understand that reliable, properly functioning equipment is critical to keeping your business running. For many of our local wholesale partners, we provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for the equipment we sell and service.

For equipment from other manufacturers, we can connect you with reputable, experienced third-party service partners we trust.

Whether you’re choosing equipment for a new shop, have questions about your current setup, or need help with training or troubleshooting, we’re here to help you keep your bar running smoothly.

PAYMENT TERMS

At this time, payment is required in full at the time your order is placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot accept returns or refunds on coffee due to its persishable nature, but please contact us within 30 days if you have any problems with your coffee order. We want you to love your coffee! 

For all non-coffee items, we can accept returns or refunds for defective, unused or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@lookalivecoffee.com with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or transit damage along with your original order number. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed clothing items. 

We are a small operation so at this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Coffee Resale & Repackaging

Look Alive Coffee products may not be repackaged, relabeled, or altered for resale. Customers may not remove or obscure Look Alive Coffee’s identity as the roaster or represent, directly or indirectly, that coffee roasted by Look Alive was roasted, produced, or developed by the customer or another party.

Customers may not use Look Alive Coffee’s name, trademarks, packaging, photography, or other brand assets in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

Private-label, white-label, or co-branded coffee arrangements must be approved by Look Alive Coffee in writing and are subject to any additional terms we provide.
