Don Mayo Micromill is led by Pablo Bonilla, carrying on three generations of coffee farming. Hand-selected cherries from Finca Diego are dried for 18 days, allowing natural fermentation to develop a vibrant fruit profile while preserving clarity and sweetness.

Expect tropical notes of guava and a fresh cherry sweetness.
