A bright cup with juicy notes of lime and red currant. Brought to us by Finca El Cedro, a small farm run by Tomas Bueno and his wife. Ripe cherries are harvested before undergoing a double fermentation process in shaded barrels for 48 hours each. After thorough washing and resting briefly, the coffee is then dried in the sun for 20-25 days.
